Mindful Building is actively seeking experienced carpenters with a minimum of five years experience to join our team. Applicants will be considered for either a carpenter or a carpenter foreman position depending on preference and experience. Compensation will be based on overall experience.
Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of building and construction in the residential field and be able to work both alone and in a team. We ask that you have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, hand tools and a drill set, a positive attitude, and a willingness to be flexible and change tasks daily.
We have year-round residential work in new construction, additions, and renovations. We work inside and outside year round, primarily in Cumberland County. There is a lot of room to grow within our company. We highly value employees and take pride in being loyal to both our employees and clients.
We have a small fleet of trucks and provide all staging, ladders, and safety equipment. Every project and truck is furnished with the tools and equipment needed to complete the project. We issue work apparel such as T-shirts, long sleeve T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats for every season of the year. We offer paid time off for specific holidays as well as paid vacation time.
